What is an addess correction charge?

Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $11.00 charge for ground packages and $20.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. This fee is charged to us by FedEx or UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

How to track your order?
