The double-layer fabric is sturdy and waterproof. However, it is unfortunate that the fabric is torn in the Velcro stitching.

I ordered the replacement top. It is perfect and was easy to install

I can set up this canopy by myself with out any issues in about 90 seconds or less . I would definitely buy this canopy again if needed.
