Question: What is the best way to communite with you?
Answer: In order to reduce your purchasing cost, we do not have online telephone support. The best way to communicate with us is via e-mail: service@eurmax.com. We try to respond your e-mail in the same business day, but no later than 48 hours.

Question: Is my Eurmax Canopy fire retardent?
Answer: All Eurmax Canopies have been tested to pass CAPI-84 certification and It is fire retardent. It is not fire proof, the fabric will burn if left in continous contact with any flame source.

Question: how to clean my Eurmax Canopy?
Do not machine wash your canopy. Wash with mild soap and water with a brush while the Instant
Canopy is open without the legs extended. Do not use harsh detergents, abrasives or bleach.
Do not put your Instant Canopy away while wet or damp. This promotes mildew and rust. Always store completely dry.

Question: Can I pack away my Eurmax canopy even if the cover is wet?
Answer: Definitely NOT! Try to avoid packing your canopy away wet, wipe the frame dry, and hang the material over your washing line until completely dry. Your material will perish quickly if stored in wet condition, as mould will rot the martial fibres.

Question: What are rail bars?
Answer: eurmax rail bars joint two legs togather to give added stability, rail bars make the whole structure more level and stable and are a recommended accessory. Eurmax rail bar is universal which can be fixed to most 10’ x 10’ instant canopy in the market. Eurmax rail bars can also be used as hardware to hang half walls.

Question: Why do I need weighted feet?
Answer: Weighted feet are very useful for hard standing areas where you can't peg down your structure with guide ropes. Weighted feet are very simple to fit. Plastic weighted feet which can be filled with water or sand and weight bag which can be filled with sand, pebbles, snows, simplely clip around the frame leg to make your structure secure.

Question: How long do Eurmax canopy take to erect?
Answer: Eurmax canopy have been designed to erect in just a few minutes. The frame comes fully assembled without any loosing parts. A further advantage is that the canopy can remain permanently attached to the frame thereby saving time when you come to erect and pack away your shade.

Question: Can one person erect a Eurmax canopy?
Answer: We recommend that at least two people work together to erect a Eurmax canopy for health and safety reasons. You can erect 5’ x 5’, 8’ x 8’ 8’ x 12’ and 10’ x 10’ by yourself if you are skilled.

Question: What sort of winds will Eurmax canopy withstand?
Answer:  Eurmax instant canopy is designed for temporary use only. We recommend that you do not erect your Eurmax Canopy in bad weather conditions. A Eurmax canopy can be erect and dismantle in minutes so it is the responsibility of the owner to deside if it is safe to do so. We also recommend you take down your Eurmax canopy in the evening and do not leave out overnight. Eurmax is not responsible for any damage due to wind, rain, snow or any act of nature, Under NO circumstances shall the manufacturer or authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product. We suggest you purchase rail bars and weighted feet to provide extra stability.

Question: Can I buy spare parts for my Eurmax canopy if I loose any or suffer weather damage?
Answer: Yes. You can buy spare parts for your Eurmax canopy, and all spares are available via the Eurmax website. In the unlikely event that you require a part not listed on our website, then simply email to service@eurmax.com  for assistance.

Question: Can I buy spare parts for my marquee, gazebo if I have purchased elsewhere?
Answer: Unfortunately, we can't help out.  We receive many many emails and calls every year from frustrated people who simply require a spare joint, pole or side panel for a Gazebo or Marquee which they have purchased elsewhere. However, if you have purchased a Eurmax canopy, you can simply order any spare parts online.

Question: Can I insure my Eurmax canopy against theft or damage through the elements?
Answer: We recommend that you contact your own insurance company to check for cover under your household or business policy.

Question: Can I leave the top on frame then packing away in the wheeled bag to save time.
Answer: Yes your wheeled bag is big enough for the canopy as well as the framework. But to be sure your canopy is complete dry before stocking.

Question: I have ripped my Canopy when closing the frame, am I covered under manufacturing guarantee?
Answer: Unfortunately not, please take care in making sure you close your framework safely do not force closed, make sure all clip, Velcro on the inside canopy are detached, improper erection, dismantling is not covered under your manufactures guarantee.

Answer: Yes we can supply containers of goods to you or third-party customers. If you require details of our container service, please fill in our container delivery form and submit to us. We will quote you a best possible price as soon as possible.

Question: Can I make changes to my order?
Answer: If you have not yet checked out, you can easily change the quantity of an item by going to 'view basket', and then amending the quantity or removing the item completely. If you wish to change the size or colour of an item, remove the original item as outlined above, and then add the correct size or colour to your basket. If you have already checked out and the order has been placed, you will need to email us via service@eurmax.com to amend the order. We can change sizes and colours easily if your order has not yet been despatched. If the order has been depatched before you make the change, you have to pay the shipping charge and re-stocking charge.

Question: How do I find out how my order is progressing?
Answer: There are several options available to you. The simplest option is to check the email sent by Eurmax which notifies you of your order’s progress. The email will contain contact details of the carrier which is transporting your parcel(s). You also have the option of telephoning the carrier for an estimated time of arrival which many customers find useful. If you did not receive the email, then please email to service@eurmax.com to let our customer services team know and they will locate the tracking information details for you.

Question: I contacted the Eurmax after-sales team and they are unable to find it. What should I do?
Answer: please don’t worry. If you have just placed your order online and received a confirmation email it may be that the order has not been transferred from our back office system to the sales team. Please don't resubmit your order as you may end up with duplicate shipments. If your order was placed at least 24 hours beforehand and you have not received a confirmation email please contact our after-sales team via service@eurmax.com and we will investigate your query immediately .

Question: What is the returns policy?
Answer: We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with Eurmax.com. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may terminate your order and return the goods to Eurmax. The returned item must be un-opened and in it original box with all paperwork. Eurmax will provide you with a full refund within thirty days following a quality control inspection. Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods are returned to Eurmax in a condition such that they can be returned to stock. Question: How can I make changes to my address or email address?
Answer: You can amend your customer details by logging in to your account and editing your personal order information. If you wish to change details of an order you have already placed, contact service@eurmax.com. If you wish to change a delivery address for an item, which is already in transit, this may incur a redirection charge and means that delivery can no longer be guarnteed.

Question: What if I haven't received my goods in the specified time-scale?
Answer: If you have placed your order on the Eurmax website but not received a confirmation email, or if you have not received your delivery in the estimated time listed on our website, please contact via service@eurmax.com to alert our customer services team and they will locate your order details for you.
