Warranty

Eurmax Canopy has a 1 to 5 year limited manufacturer warranty on frame, depending on the model purchase. Fabric and Roller Bag is covered for 3 months from time of purchase. The manufacturer warranty covers defects in material or workmanship. Under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product or its parts, after its own review and examination. The warranty will not cover weather related, misuse of product or accidental damages. Under NO circumstances shall the manufacturer or authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct damage resulting from the use of this product.
