Solid replacement part. My son backed into the tent leg with the mower and snapped the plastic connector clean off. Instead of a $400 tent replacement, this was a $20 fix. Love that Eurmax supports their products like this. It's rare these days to find a company that just lets you buy the exact piece of plastic you need without trying to upsell you a whole new kit. The frame is back to 100 percent.
I run a small food truck setup on weekends and one of the middle caps got cracked during a wind gust setup. Ordering this specific OEM part was a no brainer. You know exactly what you're getting. Snapped it on, felt that solid click, and the frame is rock solid again. No wobble. No zip ties holding things together like some janky repair. Good as new. If you have the Eurmax frame, just buy this and be done with it.
The part arrived quickly which was great because we needed it for a weekend soccer tournament. It fit the leg of our Eurmax premium frame perfectly. My only minor gripe is that I wish the instructions for removing the old broken piece were a bit more obvious on the listing, but a quick YouTube search sorted that out. Took maybe five minutes to swap. Definitely a solid replacement and way cheaper than junking the whole canopy frame.
Finally got around to fixing my 10x20 canopy that collapsed last summer. Honestly, I was dreading having to dig through Amazon order history to figure out a whole new frame or truss. Found this specific part on the Eurmax site and it slid right into place. The plastic feels even a bit thicker than the original that snapped. Saved me hundreds over buying a whole new tent just because of one busted connector. Super stoked to have the shade back for the backyard BBQ.
Good product, solid build. It does exactly what it says. My only suggestion to other buyers is to really double check that photo of the "O" shape versus the "P" shape they have listed. I almost ordered the wrong one for my older frame. But once I got the right one, it was a two second fix. Saved the day because we had a graduation party the next day and I wasn't about to buy a whole new shelter.
